Rene Descartes- "cogito ergo sum"
if i can be deceived, then i must have a mind.
but to know that one is deceived, i must reflect.
the process of thinking affirms your existence.
for non-existence cannot be deceived
I think, therefore I exist.
'philo' + 'sophia' = philosophy = (literally) lover of wisdom.and I want to study analytical philosophy and ethics... I think. I can't wait to leave this place for something new. it's not a want. it's a need. i need to leave.
